As the Designated Managing Broker, Lisa oversees the entire BlueMark team along with the day-to-day management of contract negotiations, budget preparations, tenant improvements, and client reporting. She specializes in asset management of office and retail properties in the Metro East area. Lisa began her commercial property management career in 1998, during which time she has managed award winning Class "A" office space, bulk distribution warehouse, high rise, medical, and retail real estate with a strong emphasis in customer service and ownership satisfaction. Lisa lives in Waterloo with her husband, and enjoys spending time with her family, which includes six very active grandsons.
Following three years as BlueMark's Administrative Assistant, Karin was promoted to the role of accountant in March of 2023. Her problem-solving, client relations, and organizational skills are the keys to her success as she now handles all accounts payable and accounts receivable. Karin is a proud wife and mother of four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son's baseball and soccer games, and shopping with her daughter.
With a strong background in commercial property management and financial planning, Lauren enjoys assisting our tenants and vendors each and every day. Originally from Georgia, Lauren's charming southern approach to customer service is well-received by everyone she encounters. Lauren lives in Collinsville with her husband, and enjoys gardening, volunteering at her church, traveling, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ashley not only provides support to our maintenance team, but also to our tenants and vendors as well. With her strong history in scheduling and customer relations, she assists our tenants, vendors, and staff with an attentive, professional approach to problem-solving. Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their four children.
Following many years in the custodial industry, Mike joined the BlueMark team in 2023. Mike specializes in keeping our office property lobbies and restrooms tidy and the supplies fully stocked. He assists in all aspects of maintaining the office buildings and retail centers managed by BlueMark. In his free time, Mike enjoys listening to and recording music.
As part of our maintenance team, Bryan oversees the maintenance responsibilities for the properties that BlueMark manages in Edwardsville, Highland, Troy, and Maryville, Illinois. Prior to coming to BlueMark, he spent over eight years working in the plumbing industry. That knowledge along with a strong work ethic makes him a great asset to our management team.
In Bryan's free time, you can most likely find him working on his boat or somewhere near the water with his family and friends.
As a member of our maintenance team, David comes with many years of maintenance experience. Formerly a maintenance technician at a local high school for 20 years, he is equipped to tackle a large variety of maintenance projects. He is always willing to help where needed. David is directly responsible for the properties that BlueMark manages in Fairview Heights, Shiloh, O'Fallon, and Waterloo, Illinois.
David likes to spend his free time bird hunting, playing golf, and spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks with his family and friends.
